FAQ

  • How accessible is your building?

Our physical office is located on a floor accessible only by stairs and does not have elevator access. If you have mobility limitations or require an accessible accommodation, please notify me prior to your first session. We can discuss alternative arrangements, such as secure telehealth sessions or use of a first floor office to ensure you receive comfortable and equitable care.

  • Are people usually nervous coming to therapy?

Yes, it can be scary to do something new and unknown. Your therapist will guide you through the intake and help you to understand the process so you feel more comfortable!

  • Do you take insurance?

No, right now we are only private pay, but we can offer Super bills for you to take to your insurance and you may receive a refund for some of the session.

  • How long are your sessions?

Our sessions are typically 50 minutes, but if you want to have a longer or shorter session your therapist will work with you to meet your needs.

  • How much do sessions cost?

An individual session costs $120 and a couples session costs $150. If you are in need of financial assistance please reach out to us and we can work with you.

  • Do you offer telehealth?

Yes! We provide both telehealth and in-person sessions to those in Ohio and Kentucky.
